Acceptance

By creating an account on ArcheMech, you agree to these terms. If you disagree with any part, do not use the platform.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use ArcheMech. By using the platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.

User Accounts

You are responsible for your account. Keep your password secure. You may not share accounts or create multiple accounts to abuse free quotas. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Gigs & Orders

Sellers must deliver what they advertise. Buyers must provide clear requirements. All transactions go through our escrow system — funds are only released when the buyer approves delivery. Disputes are reviewed by our team.

AI Tools

AI tools are provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before use. Do not use tools to generate illegal, harmful, or misleading content.

Payments & Fees

ArcheMech charges a 10% commission on completed orders. Subscription plans are non-refundable once activated. Withdrawals are processed within 1-2 business days after approval.

Prohibited Content

You may not use the platform to: generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content; spam other users; impersonate others; violate intellectual property rights; or attempt to manipulate the review system.

Termination

We may terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

Limitation of Liability

ArcheMech is not liable for the quality of services provided by sellers, losses from cancelled orders, or issues arising from AI-generated content. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your current subscription.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
