What We Collect

We collect information you provide during registration (name, email, username), content you create (gigs, messages, reviews), payment proofs, and basic usage data (tool runs, login times). We do not sell your personal data.

How We Use It

Your data is used to operate the platform — processing orders, enabling messaging, calculating reputation scores, activating subscription plans, and preventing fraud. We may send you notifications about your account activity.

AI Tools & Data

When you use AI tools, your input text is sent to third-party AI providers (Groq, Google Gemini, Cloudflare, etc.) to generate output. We store your tool history on our servers so you can review past outputs. We do not train models on your data.

Payments

We collect payment proofs (screenshots) you upload. We do not store card numbers or banking credentials. Wallet balances and transaction history are stored securely in our database.

Data Sharing

We share data only with: (1) AI API providers to generate outputs, (2) buyers/sellers as required for order processing, (3) authorities if legally required. We do not share data with advertisers.

Security

Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. Sessions use secure tokens. Database access is restricted. However, no system is 100% secure — use a unique password.

Your Rights

You can edit your profile, delete your gigs, and request account deletion by contacting support. Account deletion removes your personal data but order records may be retained for legal compliance.
